Green hydrogen is produced by electrolysis of water using only electricity from renewable energy sources. Since the electricity used is from 100% renewable sources, it does not contain carbon dioxide, regardless of the electrolysis technology chosen. In other words, its end use does not cause carbon emissions. Today, it is an energy source that is an alternative to natural gas and has become primarily preferred in industrial facilities with high natural gas consumption. As Utku Energy, we have R&D studies for the development of high-efficiency electrolysis battery technologies, which we focus on, and to increase their usability in different areas.
We are installing Green Hydrogen plants in order to meet the energy needs of the enterprises that do not have the area to produce the energy in the field we specialize in, or to enable the industrial plants with high gas consumption to produce their own environmentally friendly gases.
